Ingredients:
Almonds-100g, Pistachios-100g, Cashews- 100g, Walnuts- 50g, Dry Dates-100g, Cardamom- 2 or 3
Method:
Place a thick bottomed iron pan on a low flame, roast each ingredient separately for about 10 mins and let them cool.
Grind them all together in an electric blender to form a fine powder.
Fill it in a dry glass jar and store it in refrigerator.
Make this dry fruit powder in regular intervals because especially walnuts leaves oil in it and makes the powder moist.
Ingredients:
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 Tbs
Garlic peeled and crushed - 3-4 pods
Small Onions peeled and chopped- 4-5
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
Hing - 1 pinch
Coriander Leaves chopped- Handful
Salt - Required
Method:
Wash the rice and dal in water twice and soak them for 15-20 mins in water.
Keep a cooker or a vessel on a medium flame, add ghee to this and heat it.
Add onions, garlic, hing, turmeric one after the other and fry them for 5 mins.
Now add rice and dal, give it a good mix and add 1.5 to 2 cups of water ( Varies depending on the rice n dal variety and also the size & material of the vessel )
Add salt and little coriander leaves, and close the lid on the vessel or the cooker.
Cook it for 10 - 15 mins in the vessel or for 3 whistles in the cooker.
Serve the warm dal kichidi by adding remaining chopped coriander leaves and ghee into it and mix well.
Ingredients:
Ragi - 6 to 8 spoons
Almonds - 2 or 3
Method:
Wash the ragi in water for 2 or 3 times and Soak it with almonds by adding enough water to it in a bowl for about 4 to 6 hrs time.
Then blend them together in an electric blender and filter it by adding some more water to it.
Take a thick bottom vessel, add filtered ragi and almond water to it.
Keep it on a medium flame, stir continuously and when it starts boiling, switch off the stove.
Add a spoon of pure jaggery for the sweetness and a spoon of ghee for the taste.
Serve the porridge when it is warm or when it is cool down to a room temperature.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1 Spoon
Water - As required
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup, Chopped Finely
Method:
Take a bowl, add above ingredients except onion and coriander to it, but with little water at a time and knead the dough until no lumps are formed
When the mixture is like thick batter, add little more water to it and make it to thin dosa batter
Now add chopped coriander leaves to it and mix well
Leave it for 10 to 15 mins and heat the flat tawa on a medium to high flame on a stove.
Pour a ladle of batter in a circular motion from outward to inward on the tawa and drizzle a tsp of ghee or oil on the dosa
when its bottom turns light brown color, flip dosa on the other side and cook it for 1 min
Serve this tasty dosa with peanut or coconut chutney or any of your favorite chutneys.
Ingredients:
Banana - 1 Big
Apple - 1 Medium size
Dates - 2 or 3, soaked in milk or water for 4 to 6 hrs
Honey - 1 spoon
Milk - 1 cup
Method:
Firstly, take out the seeds of dates soaked for 4 to 6 hrs long and chop it
Then take banana and apple, take out the peels, chop them and put them in a blender along with the chopped dates
To this add a spoon of honey and a cup of milk ( either cold or room temperature)
Now blend them all together and put it in a glass tumbler, serve this delicious healthy iron and calcium rich milkshake.
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Carrot - 1 tbs, grated
Onion - 1 tbs, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbs, finely chopped
Dill leaves - 1/2 tbs, finely chopped (optional)
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or as required
Chilly Powder - 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Ghee/Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Take a bowl, crack and pour the eggs into it and whisk well
Now to this add all of the above ingredients except the ghee/oil
Mix well and take a pan and heat it on a medium flame
Add ghee/oil into the pan, now pour this whisked mixture and cook it for 2 mins
Flip to the other side and cook it for 2 mins
Its ready to eat now, Serve this delicious tasty omelette when it is warm or cool down.

Oats - 4 or 5 Tbs
Banana - 1 Medium size
Water - 200 ml or as required
Method:
Take a vessel, add water and oats, cook for 4 or 5 mins.
Allow it to cool down, now take a banana into a bowl and smash it well
To this banana, add cooled oats and mix well
You can also add a tsp of honey or dry dates powder for flavor and taste.

Mushroom - 1/2 Cup, Chopped & Butter fried

French Beans - 1/2 Cup, Chopped & Butter fried
Onion - 1/2 Cup, Cubed & Butter fried
Cherry Tomato -1/2 Cup, Chopped & Butter fried
Oregano & Thyme Herbs - 1 spoon
Olive Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - 1 Pinch or as required
Lemon - 1 spoon, Squeezed
Pepper Powder - 1/2 spoon
Method:
Take a big bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well
Now check for the taste, you can add salt or pepper as per your requirement
Serve this Delicious Vegetable Pasta Salad
Note:
Remember, you have to wash all the vegetables with salt water for 2-3 times thoroughly before chopping them.
Also before frying the broccoli, wash it and cook it for 2 mins till the water boils or Pour hot water into it & close it for 5-10 mins, So by doing it will kill all the germs or bacteria in it.
